CTC will develop a validated design in which the producibility and cost price are included. We have specialized design engineers and material and process engineers. CTC also has its own team of production specialists with years of experience in the field of composites.

From design to production
The team of production engineers is involved from the first conceptualization to the final design. We discuss with you, our client, the desired production. Wherever possible and appropriate we use existing infrastructure. We also utilize the know-how and experience that is available at the proposed production site. Where necessary we propose adaptations or developments. This leads to a supplementary package of requirements to the design.
In our own workshop we carry out production tests in order to solve any bottlenecks as early as possible. This is also a good time to compare alternatives and to test new methods. At present this testing phase is part of the fixed procedure before the result is handed over to the client. CTC also supervises the start of production in site, worldwide.

Prototypes and pilot runs
In consultation with you we will manufacture a prototype or carry out a pilot run of your order. This contributes to the validation of the work procedures. We also optimize all production information. All this in order to hand over to you a detailed and tested production.
If you desire, this part of the start of production can take place onsite. During the prototyping and the production of a pilot run we consult with you about the desired and/or necessary adaptations. We test these adaptations together with you. CTC incorporates the results in an adapted set of documents for production.

Support and training.
CTC’s service team is active globally in order to supervise production. Sometimes linked to our own design and sometime not. We supervise from design to production and assist you, our client, with the implementation. In the next phase this team is also ready for you. Briefly, CTC does everything to further optimize your production.

When considering support and training by CTC think of the following:

Measures to increase efficiency or reduce cost price
Additional training for staff
Implementation of new methods
Analysis of (repetitive) non-conformities
Measures to restore non-conformities and prevent reoccurrence, etc.

CTC has its own laboratory and workshop. We are therefore well able to review your proposed changes in choice of materials, construction or methods. You may count on our professional advice.

CTC has carried out supervision from design to production and further production oriented support for a large number of clients all over the world. This ranges from companies in Holland, Germany, Great Britain, Spain and Norway but also Brazil, USA, Japan, India and China. CTC’s specialists are used to adapting to sometimes difficult local circumstances. In spite of language and cultural barriers they always manage to get their message across.

Composite moulds
Composites demand specialized machines for processing. CTC is well acquainted with this field and is therefore able to advise you concerning suitable machine manufacturers.
One piece of machinery can, however, not just be bought: moulds. CTC has years of experience with the design, manufacture and use of composite moulds. Also with computerized heating (electric, water or hot air) and hydraulic systems for turning, opening and closing the mould. For the manufacture of moulds, CTC has entered into an exclusive agreement with parties in China and India. CTC is therefore able to supply you with complete moulds as hardware.
